Lowering a car:

Step 1: Using the Polygon Lasso tool select under the bumpers and the inner fender wells, and everything to the sides and above the car.

you select everything from the line up.
Step 2: Select the move tool. Then with the arrow keys move the selection down to how ever low you want to make the car. I like them slammed so so lets make it as low as we can.

Then just crop out the white space thats left and your done.
