History Brush:

Step 1: Open the picture you want and de-saturate it or change the hue or what ever you wanna do.

Step 2: Then select the history brush tool. After that go to your History Pallet and click on the last history that had the original colors. Notice it will make the same symbol as the history brush tool in the box to the left.

Step 3: Then color in anything you want to bring back to life. This is my final draft.
