How do I create preloaders in flash?

I read many tutorials on how to make them, but how do I put them into my website and make them actually load my content???

yo Jrock I know how to do the preloader now it works good, and it's not the fake way where you put a movie clip in the front of your video lol. I actually uses the getBytesLoaded script and the getBytesTotal script I think I'll be making a tutorials on it very soon

i always just put a movie clip infront of my movies but it wasnt a preloader
