resize??

hey, does anybody know how to resize a video thats 550 x 400, into a bigger size? like to strech it out bigger

ya use after effects it's easy just create a new document with the size that you want and then import your smaller one and then stretch it out and that's it. If you need any more help just ask I'll try my best to help you out
